T. Darrah Moore, Esq. is a partner in the law firm of Birmingham & Moore, P.C. in Ludlow, Vermont. He was born and raised in Norwalk, Connecticut and is a graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy and the Vermont Law School. He also holds a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.

Prior to moving to Vermont and practicing law, he spent over twenty years in senior corporate management positions and as a Corporate Officer in public NYSE environmental management corporations in New York City and Boston.
