Arthur Crowley, Jr. was the President of the Rutland County Bar Association, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the State Committee of the Vermont Republican Committee, and served on the Board of Trustees for College of St. Joseph and Vermont State Colleges. He was the Deputy Attorney General for the State of Vermont.
