The Calvin Coolidge Memorial Foundation and the Vermont Division for Historic Preservation at President Calvin Coolidge State Historic Site work together to educate and inspire visitors to this rural Vermont village. Directions

May 29 Historic Site Opens June 10 A Summer of Coolidge Gala Evening at the historic Paramount Theater, Rutland, VT co-sponsored with the Rutland Herald.  All proceeds will support the Calvin Coolidge Memorial Foundation, Inc. June 15 Meeting of the Board of Trustees, Plymouth Notch 10:00 a.m. July 4 Commemoration of the birth of Calvin Coolidge Noon — President Obama will have a wreath laid at Calvin Coolidge's Gravesite at the Homestead in Plymouth Notch, Vermont. An informal parade will leave the Homestead at Plymouth, Vermont at 12:00 Noon and walk the few hundred yards to Coolidge's Gravesite to commemorate our thirtieth President's 138th Birthday – July 4th 1872. The Wreath will be laid by General Matthew McCoy Members of the Coolidge family will be in attendance. August 6 National Advisory Board Barbecue Dinner Outing 6:00 p.m. Informal Attire at the home of a local Trustee TBD. August 7 Plymouth Old Home Day 10:00 AM — Annual Meeting of the Calvin Coolidge Memorial Foundation 10:30 AM — Trustees Meeting of the Calvin Coolidge Memorial Foundation 12:00 PM — Ceremony to Dedicate the President Calvin Coolidge Museum and Education Center (Time subject to change.) Official opening of the Calvin Coolidge Memorial Foundation, Inc.’s new headquarters offices. August 10 - 12 Vermont on the National Stage. An Inquiry Lab. September 4, 5 Plymouth Folk & Blues Concerts September 13 - October 15 History Exploration Programs – Explore where Calvin Coolidge, our President from Vermont, grew up. Learn about life this 1800’s hilltop village. (See “Site Visit” portion of web site.) September 19 Plymouth Cheese and Harvest Festival October 7 Calvin Coolidge Memorial Foundation, Inc. 50th Anniversary Symposium, John F.
